Robbin’s Nest Apartments offers flexible lease terms:
Robbins Nest offers six to twelve month lease options on unfurnished homes to new Residents. Six to eleven month lease terms are charged with a monthly short-term fee.
Birds, fish, small caged mammals, and up to two cats per home are the only pets permissible. Additional deposit and rent applies to Residents with cats residing in their apartment homes.
There is a maximum of 2 to 3 vehicles allowable per apartment home depending on the apartment’s size. Carports and exterior parking spaces may not be used for storage of recreational vehicles, boats, trailers or snowmobiles. Parking permits are required on vehicles per the Resident Parking Policy.
Priority Waiting List:
When homes are not available at Robbins Nest Apartments, interested prospective Residents have the option to be placed on a priority waiting list. Prospective Residents are placed on a priority waiting list on a first come, first serve basis. To be placed on a priority waiting list, an applicant must complete an Application for Residency, place a minimum deposit of $75.00 and pay the applicable application fee. The deposit is refundable only if the application is denied by Robbins Nest Apartments. The $75.00 deposit will be applied to the move in costs.
Rental homes are held off the market upon receipt of a completed Application for Residency, applicable application fee and a $75.00 deposit once an apartment becomes available and an applicant becomes next in line from the priority waiting list. Upon the availability of an apartment, we will confirm the reservation in writing and guarantee that the selected rental home will not be offered to anyone else unless the reservation is cancelled prior to the move-in date. We are not liable to the new Resident if the rental home is not ready for occupancy at the requested time because of the previous occupant’s holding over or because of a reason beyond our direct control.
